It was a challenge to endure every month on that calendar.

A lot of things we loved went away. A lot of things needed focusing on, but with no energy to do so. A lot of bad jokes and horrible ideas became accepted as "the truth". Things were difficult personally and professionally. It felt like we had to bury the things we loved in order to keep them safe from harm. Everything was put on pause...

This record is a document of a Plus Guests in a fossilized state. Our musical ideas, friendship and creativity preserved in various moments of recorded time.

Years will pass and much will be forgotten (hell, the studio we made this record in is being demolished) but the three people who made this music will always treasure this record. It's funny, heavy, weird, and full of open hearts. We are proud to leave this behind for whoever may discover it.

"What will they say about us when they find our bones?" is just something to think about. We can only hope to leave the best of our humanity to be found, and not the worst. History will show both. We can only try our best to not f*ck things up too badly while we're here.
